We will perform technical changes for connection domain and sending domain for the MailAPI services (affected generation API1 and API2). Further removing APIv1 Users.

Change 1 - Connector

The new connector in your website will be moving from mail-out.mdct-group.com to mailout.25space.com by the end of April 2020. (Availability 14.04.2020) The technical API call after the domain will be still the same, we will update our documentations these days. Please note: the current connector mail-out.mdct-group.com will still be unlimited available in the future.

Change 2 - Sending Domain/Address

We will change the sending address from the current [email protected] to the new [email protected] in the beginning of June 2020. This will be a global change for all your emails using MailAPI services. Please update your rules if needed. Migration starts on 5th June 2020 till 15th June 2020.

Change 3 - Update for "Protect" Connector - Spam

In the current setup you can activate/disable the extended spam protection if you are connect against connectorv2.php or connectorv2protect.php your application. This will be changed to an individual setting to enable/disable the protection in the Cloud Management Suite for each connector itself. It will then no longer matter which connector you connect to. Both remain accessible and in operation but on an equal level.
We will provide this feature in the Cloud Management Suite by the end of April. The default setting will be "disabled". If we have received data via the protect connector in the past, we will set this setting to "Enabled" here.

Change 4 - Removing APIv1 users

We will contact our customers who are still using the API Generation 1 and help them to migrate to the current edition V2. There is currently no end-of-life date for the API 1.
