There is currently an increased number of e-mails warning customers about reminders and unpaid invoices. These messages represent fraud.
These mails are sent to our brands such as “25Space.com” or “mdct Group” or to other hosting providers such as “United Domains” or “STRATO”.
We expressly point out that these messages are false and do not originate from the companies concerned. Please delete these mails and do not open any links or reply to them.
If you are still unsure, you can use the familiar login portals to check whether an invoice is really outstanding. You can also contact our customer service ([email protected]) to check the content accordingly.
Do not be intimidated by such messages and be tempted to transfer money to unknown recipients at short notice. In addition, never enter your access data.
One of the ways you can recognize a fake is that a “Reply to” email is displayed at the top that does not correspond to the real company. At the same time, the invoice number is not valid.
We recommend that you delete this e-mail without further action.
