• Why should I book a bundle?

  
  You can save money by booking a bundle and get a discount on our regular hourly rate.

  You can see your usage in the dashboard in the Cloud Management Suite in real-time.

• How long is the bundle valid?

  
  The bundle is valid until 31.12. of every year from the date of purchase.

• How can I cancel a bundle?

  
  Active bundles can not be canncelled, but there is no automatic renewal.

• What happens if I have unused hours on 31.12.?

  
  Unused hours will be lost and can not be transferred to the next year. If you have more than 50% unused, please contact us to find a solution.

• How does the tracking work?

  
  We track your usage on every request you get in contact with us.
  - Regular every hour 1:1
  - Senior engineering is a rate of 1.5
  - Basic support is a rate of 0.5
  

• One hour free support

  
  If you have a bundle, you have up to 1 hour per year of free additional support.

• Do I need to book a bundle?

  
  No, you can also use the regular hourly rate.

• Can I add a bundle in the current year?

  
  Yes, you can add a bundle in the current year.

• Can I book a bundle after I have already used the regular hourly rate?

  
  Yes, you can book a bundle after you have already used the regular hourly rate. But the past booked hours can not be transferred to the bundle.

• How many bundles can I book?

  
  You can book as many bundles as you want.

• Pricing details

  
  Our prices are net, plus the statutory value added tax in Germany. There are no additional costs - we are transparent and fair with our customers!

• Payments

  
  We offer payment on account for customers from Europe, as well as common alternatives such as PayPal or prepayment.

• Is there any payment or credit-card needed?

  
  No, there is no payment-information needed. You can also use other payment methods like PayPal or bank transfer.
