INTRODUCING THE NEXT GENERATION OF 25SPACE WEBMAIL.

We are excited to officially introduce the next generation of our Webmail email client — now integrated into our all-in-one WebONE platform.

The new Webmail experience combines the familiar look and feel our customers already know with a modernized technical foundation, new features, and a smoother user experience. Best of all: no migration is required. Existing customers can start using the new client immediately.

To make the transition as transparent as possible, notification banners have already been activated in the current Webmail environment.

Availability and Transition Timeline

  • The new Webmail client was activated for all customers on April 29, 2026 and is available now.
  • Over the coming weeks, we will continue to refine the experience based on further development work and customer feedback. A first feature update is currently planned for mid-May 2026.
  • Starting in mid-May, customers will also receive additional notifications encouraging them to actively switch to the new Webmail client.
  • Our current plan is to decommission the old Webmail client in early June 2026. Until then, both versions will remain available in parallel to ensure a smooth transition.

Technical Changes

The new Webmail client is available directly through WebONE:

We recommend updating any browser bookmarks accordingly.

The current Webmail client at https://mail.25space.com/ will remain fully available until at least the end of May 2026. After the old client is taken offline, we also plan to provide an automatic redirect to the new WebONE Webmail experience.

By bringing Webmail into WebONE, we are continuing our vision of providing customers with a unified, modern, and easy-to-use platform for essential cloud and productivity services.

This update is another important step toward a more integrated 25Space experience — with WebONE serving as the central platform for tools, services, and future innovations.
