NEW STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND PRODUCT PORTFOLIO UPDATE.

In dynamic times and in an environment shaped by continuous technological change, flexibility is essential to remain strong, resilient, and competitive in the market. For this reason, we are refining our strategic focus and will concentrate more strongly on technical hosting services, including servers, infrastructure, domains, consulting, and custom development. Our clear priority remains unchanged: to continue being a reliable and strong partner for you as our customer.

As part of this strategic realignment, we will not continue all existing products and will significantly adjust our service portfolio. Below, we would like to inform you about the relevant product updates and discontinued services.

 

The following changes will be made to our product portfolio:

- 25Share 25Share, our file-transfer service, will be discontinued with immediate effect. Existing customer subscriptions will be terminated and will end at the regular end of their current contract term. All remaining open shares and stored files will be permanently deleted by June 30, 2026.

- WordPress Update Service Our service for performing updates on WordPress websites will no longer be offered to new customers. Effective immediately, this service can no longer be ordered and will no longer be included in Managed Hosting packages for new customers. For existing customers, we have decided to continue providing this service for the time being.

- Website Accessibility Plugin The Website Accessibility Plugin will be released under the GNU GPLv3 license. However, we will no longer offer dedicated hosting services for this plugin. Individual integrations can also no longer be offered separately, but may still be provided as part of our regular Business Services.

- The SEO service IndexNow will be fully discontinued and will no longer be available.

- Managed SaaS Services: Online Cronjobs and Certificate Checker. The Managed SaaS services for Online Cronjobs and Certificate Checker will be discontinued without replacement. It will no longer be possible to order new Pro versions, and Free versions can no longer be newly activated. Existing active services are currently not affected and will remain active.

- LinkMe and Digital Business Card. The LinkMe platform, including the “Digital Business Card” product, will be discontinued. We plan to publish an alternative self-hosted version on GitHub soon. All affected customers will be informed directly about the shutdown.

- The currently free Monitoring service, which is part of the Cloud Management Suite, will also be fully discontinued.

 

Changes in the Business and Consulting Area

Our Business, Consulting, Mail Delivery, Security, and Service offerings will be consolidated into one combined Consulting division.

 

WebONE Platform

Our all-in-one website platform WebONE will continue to operate for the time being, excluding 25Share. Related products, including URLShort, are currently under strategic review.

 

Effective Date: the above-mentioned product changes take effect immediately, subject to pending technical migrations and updates. Further changes regarding 25Space.com will follow.
