After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue our BusinessMail service as of December 1, 2026.

As part of our strategic realignment and the ongoing consolidation of our product portfolio, we are focusing our resources on our core hosting, infrastructure, domain, consulting, and development services.

Effective June 4, 2026, we will no longer accept new customers for BusinessMail. Existing customers with an active BusinessMail account may continue to use the service without changes until December 1, 2026. After this date, BusinessMail will no longer be available.

We will continue to offer email and mailbox services through our classic mailbox solution, which covers virtually all key BusinessMail functions and provides a reliable alternative for our customers.

All existing BusinessMail customers will be contacted individually in the coming weeks. Together with each customer, we will review the available options and plan the migration process in a coordinated and structured way.

No automatic migration will take place without prior coordination. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth and reliable as possible for all affected customers.

Alternatively, customers may also choose to migrate to an external provider, such as Microsoft 365, or another email solution of their choice.
