ONE becomes WebONE — Same Toolbox, Bigger Vision

5 Min Read

We are excited to share an important milestone for our all-in-one start page: ONE is becoming WebONE.

Since launching in 2022, ONE has grown into a central workspace for getting things done quickly—bringing together tools like FindTime, Search, File Transfer, and more in a single, clean environment. As adoption increased, so did our roadmap: more tools, deeper integrations, and more ways to create measurable value for users.

To support that growth properly, we are taking the next step: a full rebrand and a move to a dedicated domain.

ONE → WebONE
New home: webone.cloud

This change is more than a new name. It’s the foundation for a more scalable platform—built to ship new features faster, organize services more clearly, and make WebONE a true standalone working environment.

Why the rebrand?

ONE started as an “all-in-one” concept—and it proved itself. Now it needs a brand that reflects what it has become: a web-first workspace that will keep expanding.

With WebONE, we are aligning three things:

  • Clarity: The name instantly communicates what it is: your web-based work hub.
  • Focus: A dedicated domain and identity allow a more independent product direction.
  • Scale: WebONE is designed to grow into a broader suite without becoming messy.

What is changing?

  • Brand name: ONE becomes WebONE
  • Domain: The service is moving to webone.cloud
  • Product direction: Faster releases, more tools, and a clearer structure as the platform grows

What stays the same?

  • Your tools and core workflows
  • Your account access (no forced re-registration)
  • Your data and existing content
  • Your ability to open the service as your daily start page

In short: same service continuity, improved foundation.

Redirects and continuity

The service has already been moved, and technical redirects will be in place so existing links keep working. During the transition phase, you may see both the old and the new domain, depending on bookmarks, browser cache, or saved links.

To get the best experience, we recommend updating your bookmark to:
webone.cloud

Recommended next steps (2 minutes)

  1. Update your bookmark to webone.cloud
  2. If you use an allowlist (company network, firewall, browser policies): add webone.cloud
  3. If you share ONE links internally: start using the new domain going forward
  4. If you run password managers or SSO shortcuts: update the saved URL entry

FAQ

When will this change happen?

The service is already moved, and redirects are being set. The complete branding and migration phase will be finalized by 01.-05. April 2026 (replace this placeholder with your target date).

Do I need to do anything?

Not strictly—redirects ensure continuity. However, we strongly recommend updating your bookmark to webone.cloud for the smoothest experience.

Will my login or account change?

In most cases, no. Your existing account remains valid. If you use saved logins in a password manager, you may simply need to update the stored website URL to the new domain.

Will old links continue to work?

Yes. We will maintain redirects so old links and deep links continue to function. Over time, the new domain will become the primary reference.

Is there any downtime expected?

We are executing this change to avoid interruption. If any short maintenance window becomes necessary, it will be communicated in advance. The goal is zero disruption.

Will my data be moved or changed?

Your data remains intact. The move is primarily a branding + domain transition, not a change in ownership of your content or a reset of your workspace.

Are there any changes to pricing?

There is no pricing change implied by the rebrand itself. If pricing or plan structures evolve in the future (e.g., expanded features, new tiers), we will communicate that clearly and ahead of time.

Will WebONE get new features?

Yes—that’s the point of making WebONE a standalone environment. Expect continued expansion of the toolbox, better organization, and more workflows that save time and reduce manual effort.

I’m using this as a company start page. What should my IT team know?

  • Allowlist: webone.cloud
  • If your org uses URL filtering, proxy rules, or browser policies: update references from the previous domain to the new one.
  • If you use internal documentation or onboarding guides: update the link to WebONE.

Will email notifications or system messages change?

If you receive system emails related to the service, you may see the branding update to WebONE. Where relevant, we will ensure sender identity remains consistent and trustworthy.

What if something doesn’t work after the switch?

First, try:

  • Refresh the page (hard refresh if needed)
  • Clear site cache for the old domain
  • Open webone.cloud directly (instead of relying on an old bookmark)

If issues persist, contact support with:

  • The URL you tried to open
  • A screenshot (if possible)
  • The time it happened (timestamp helps)

Final note

WebONE is the next iteration of what ONE was always meant to be: a fast, reliable, all-in-one web workspace—now with the room to scale properly.

Thank you for being part of the journey since 2022. We’re looking forward to shipping the next wave of improvements under the new WebONE identity.
