Our regular rate is €72/hour. With a bundle, you get a discount right away—while keeping full transparency on what was used, when, and for what.
What are Service Bundles?
A Service Bundle is a prepaid pool of hours you can use across eligible 25Space business services—support, implementation, and engineering—without negotiating a new offer every time you need help.
You get:
- Discounted hourly pricing compared to the regular rate
- Real-time usage tracking in the Cloud Management Suite
- Flexibility to scale up or down based on your workload
- No automatic renewal (you stay in control)
Bundle Tiers and Pricing
Choose the tier that matches your expected workload. All bundles are net prices (plus statutory VAT in Germany).
Starter — €339 (5 hours)
- 5-hour bundle
- Discount: 5.8%
- Valid until 31.12.
Basic — €669 (10 hours)
- 10-hour bundle
- Discount: 7%
- Valid until 31.12.
PRO — €1,260 (20 hours)
- 20-hour bundle
- Discount: 12.5%
- Valid until 31.12.
Business — €2,448 (40 hours)
- 40-hour bundle
- Discount: 15%
- Valid until 31.12.
Scale — €4,800 (80 hours)
- 80-hour bundle
- Discount: 16.6%
- Valid until 31.12.
Enterprise — €6,480 (120 hours)
- 120-hour bundle
- Discount: 25%
- Valid until 31.12.
Live Tracking: Know Exactly Where Your Hours Go
We track your usage in real time, so you always have a current view of consumption inside the dashboard. This makes budgeting, reporting, and internal allocation significantly easier—especially if multiple stakeholders request work throughout the year.
How Usage Is Calculated
We track usage whenever you engage with us and we deliver work within the bundle scope.
Rates:
- Regular work: 1.0x (1 hour = 1 hour)
- Senior engineering: 1.5x
- Basic support: 0.5x
This creates a fair system: routine tasks stay efficient, and specialist work is properly reflected—while you still benefit from the bundle discount overall.
One Extra Benefit: 1 Hour Free Support Per Year
If you have an active bundle, you receive up to 1 additional hour of free support per year—useful for quick questions, small checks, or a fast second opinion.
Validity, Flexibility, and Fair Use
- Validity: Bundles are valid until 31.12. of each year from the date of purchase.
- No cancellation for active bundles: Active bundles can’t be cancelled, but there is no automatic renewal.
- Unused hours: Unused hours expire on 31.12. and can’t be transferred to the next year. If you have more than 50% unused, contact us and we’ll work with you on a reasonable solution.
- Multiple bundles: You can book as many bundles as you want, and you can add a bundle at any point during the current year.
- Retroactive coverage: You can book a bundle even after using the regular rate, but already-used hours can’t be moved into the bundle.
Payments: Simple and Business-Friendly
We offer invoice payments for customers in Europe, plus common alternatives like PayPal or prepayment. No credit card details are required.
